| Epagemaker takes
pride in its truly democratic setup where every
member is recognized as an associate who brings his
best experience and expertise to the table. We have
dispensed with designations and would rather focus
on the roles and challenges the associates can
assume. Keeping with the spirit, we encourage our
associates to try newer roles, feel free to offer
valid inputs across departments and expand their
responsibilities whenever they are ready for it
(instead of waiting to be “promoted”). We enjoy
making a similar offering to our clients, where we
consistently try to expand our roles, engage with
the client at different levels and undertake to
fulfill the multifarious needs of the client.
Needless to say employee attrition rate has been
very minimal. |
